Rail passenger transport remains an important mode of transportation in Vietnam, particularly on long-distance routes connecting the North and South as well as routes between Ho Chi Minh City and Central and Northern Vietnam. To support passenger services, large volumes of linen, including bed sheets, blankets and pillows, need to be processed efficiently and on schedule.

To meet this operational demand, Pan Trading JSC designed, installed and commissioned a dedicated industrial laundry facility serving Vietnam Railways.

Project Completed Within Five Working Days

The project was carried out by a team consisting of two engineers and one technician. Drawing on their experience and commitment, the Pan Trading JSC team completed the installation and put the laundry system into operation within five working days.

The industrial laundry system included:

• 03 industrial washing machines with a capacity of 120 kg per cycle
• 01 industrial washing machine with a capacity of 67 kg per cycle
• 02 industrial dryers with a capacity of 80 kg per cycle
• Hydraulic system
• Boiler system
• Water supply and drainage systems, together with related technical infrastructure

Supporting Passenger Laundry Operations

Operating approximately eight hours per day, the industrial laundry system meets the laundry requirements for passenger linen and supports the operational needs of Vietnam Railways.

A dedicated industrial laundry facility helps improve linen processing efficiency, meet productivity requirements and support consistent service quality throughout daily operations.

Pan Trading JSC is proud to have participated in the implementation of this project and contributed to bringing the industrial laundry facility into operation according to schedule. In addition to equipment supply and installation, Pan Trading JSC continues to support customers through technical assistance, maintenance and servicing throughout the operation of the system.
