Industrial Laundry System for Food Processing Operations
For a fresh food processing plant, washing and drying uniforms, protective clothing, hats, towels and other items used by employees is essential to support hygiene conditions during production.
In the initial stage, Loc An Food Processing Plant invested in a laundry system consisting of:
- Fagor industrial washing machine with a 25 kg capacity
- Fagor industrial dryer with a 45 kg capacity
With an average washing cycle of approximately 1 hour and a drying time of approximately 45 minutes, the system provides a capacity of around 125 kg of textiles per day, meeting the plant's operational requirements during its initial stage of operation.
The plant was also equipped with other cleaning equipment and solutions, including a Spitwater high-pressure washer, a Nilfisk ride-on scrubber dryer, and Ecolab cleaning and laundry chemicals, supporting cleaning activities and daily production operations.

Laundry requirements in food processing plants vary depending on the production environment and the types of garments being processed. At Loc An Food Processing Plant, the system was selected to support the cleaning and drying of workers' clothing used during fresh food processing.
