FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E delivered to the customer on Phu Quoc Island.
At a resort, guests immediately notice the things that shape their first impression when they enter a room: the lighting, the space, a carefully prepared bed, neatly pressed sheets, and well-presented linens. Behind this sense of perfection, however, is an entire chain of daily operations that takes place quietly and remains almost invisible to the guest experience.
After each cleaning cycle, linens still need to be finished before returning to service. At a large-scale property, hundreds of bed sheets, table linens, and other flatwork items need to be processed continuously. As the workload increases, the challenge is no longer simply about pressing a piece of fabric; it is about maintaining productivity, consistency, and stability throughout the entire finishing process.
That is why PAN Trading JSC deployed the FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E industrial flatwork ironer at the customer's high-end resort on Phu Quoc Island.
High-Capacity Flatwork Processing for Demanding Operations

For large flatwork items, the finishing process requires a sufficiently wide working surface to ensure continuous processing while maintaining consistent smoothness across the entire piece.
The FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E features a 500 mm roller diameter and a 3,300 mm working width, making it well suited for large flatwork commonly found in hospitality environments. The machine combines drying and ironing in a single process, with a theoretical capacity of 80–120 kg/hour under the manufacturer's specified test conditions.
These figures take on real practical meaning when viewed within a daily operating workflow. Rather than allowing freshly cleaned linen to accumulate and wait for finishing, a machine with the right processing capacity enables the final stage to keep pace with the workload upstream, creating a smoother and more continuous workflow.
For a resort, this means greater flexibility in preparing linen for guest rooms, dining areas, and other service spaces, particularly during periods of high occupancy.
The Value of an Industrial Ironer Lies in Consistency

A sheet that looks perfectly finished once does not tell the whole story. The true value of the equipment is demonstrated when that result can be maintained across hundreds or thousands of items processed afterward.
The PS-50/330 TP2E is equipped with the TP2 control system with a 7-inch touchscreen, featuring five preset programs and the ability to create additional programs according to operational requirements. The working speed can be adjusted from 1–8 m/min, giving operators greater control over the process rather than relying entirely on manual handling.
When the speed is selected according to the condition of the linen, the contact time between the fabric, heat, and roller surface can be better controlled. As a result, finished linen can achieve not only the desired smoothness but also greater consistency from one batch to another.
This is the difference between simply having “a machine for ironing” and having a controlled finishing process.
Behind a Large-Scale Machine Are Practical Operational Requirements
In a demanding operating environment, equipment must do more than deliver good finishing results. It must also be durable enough to perform reliably day after day.
The FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E uses heat-resistant Nomex belts, inverter-controlled roller drive, a powerful extraction system, and an integrated cooling system. Its design allows access to technical components from both sides and incorporates functions that support inspection and maintenance.
These details may not be visible to resort guests, but they are important to the people responsible for daily operation. Good equipment should not only deliver quality results at the beginning; it should maintain its operating efficiency throughout its service life.
From Equipment Handover to Real-World Operation

For PAN, a project is only truly complete when the equipment becomes an effective part of the customer's operating process.
At the project site, PAN's technical team carried out equipment inspection, calibration, and commissioning before handover. The personnel responsible for operations at the resort were also provided with the necessary operating guidance to ensure they could confidently take over and use the machine.
Because no matter how advanced a piece of equipment may be, its value is ultimately determined by whether it is integrated into the right workflow, operated correctly, and aligned with the customer's actual needs.
This is also how PAN approaches every project: not simply by supplying a machine, but by ensuring that the equipment genuinely addresses part of the operational challenge behind the facility.
Some Equipment Is Seen Only by the People Working Behind the Scenes
Guests come to Phu Quoc to see the blue sea, the palm trees under the sunlight, and a beautifully prepared room.
They will never see the FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E working behind the scenes.
They do not need to know how many processes a sheet has gone through before it is placed on the bed.
But they will experience the result: a smooth, well-finished surface, a carefully prepared room, and a standard of service maintained through details that may seem small.
Perhaps that is the most meaningful role of equipment working behind the scenes in the hospitality industry: it does not need to be visible to the customer, but its results are always present.

Operation training and handover of the FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E to the personnel responsible at the resort.
From Phu Quoc Island to projects across Vietnam, PAN continues to accompany customers throughout every stage of implementation – from equipment selection and technical solutions to bringing systems into real-world operation. Every project presents its own requirements, and each is an opportunity for PAN to further develop solutions that are better aligned with the specific needs of each customer.
The FAGOR PS-50/330 TP2E does more than finish linen. It helps complete the entire process behind the guest experience.
