LAVATEC LT 35–100 kg belongs to the LAVA Trac Washing System and is a tunnel washing system designed for industrial laundries requiring high-volume textile processing and stable continuous operation. The system is available with filling capacities of 35 kg, 50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, 90 kg, 100 kg and 130 kg, with washing lines configured from 5 to 20 chambers according to individual project requirements.
LAVATEC tunnel washers feature a double-drum design, chamber sealing developed to prevent liquor mixing between chambers, standard detergent connections in the double-drum area and configurable laundry transfer solutions. Each tunnel washing system is individually planned according to the required throughput, washing process and chemistry.
