PAN Trading JSC completed the design, installation, and commissioning of an industrial laundry facility serving Vietnam Railways on schedule.
Rail passenger transportation remains an important means of travel in Vietnam, particularly on long-distance routes. During passenger services, textiles such as bed sheets, blankets, and pillows need to be processed at an appropriate capacity to meet operational requirements.
To meet these requirements, PAN Trading JSC designed, constructed, and installed a dedicated industrial laundry facility serving Vietnam Railways.
Installation and Commissioning Completed in Five Working Days
The project was implemented by a team of two engineers and one technician. PAN Trading JSC completed the installation and commissioning of the system within five working days.
The laundry facility includes:
- 03 industrial washing machines with a capacity of 120 kg per batch.
- 01 industrial washing machine with a capacity of 67 kg per batch.
- 02 industrial dryers with a capacity of 80 kg per batch.
- Hydraulic system.
- Boiler system.
- Water supply, drainage, and related technical systems.
Laundry Solution for Vietnam Railways
With an operating schedule of approximately 8 hours per day, the system supports the processing of textiles used in passenger services and contributes to the operational requirements of Vietnam Railways.
A dedicated industrial laundry facility provides an organized approach to textile processing while meeting the required capacity and operational schedule.
PAN Trading JSC Provides Technical Support
The project was completed on schedule through the coordinated implementation of equipment, technical systems, and the project engineering team.
In addition to designing, supplying, and installing the equipment, PAN Trading JSC continues to support the customer with technical assistance, maintenance, and servicing throughout the system's operation.
