Fagor industrial washing machines are designed for professional laundry operations, with control systems that allow operators to select and manage washing programmes according to the type of textile being processed. Stable operation depends on proper preparation before starting the machine and on using washing parameters suitable for each type of textile.
Pre-operation checks
Before starting each washing cycle, the operator should check the general condition of the machine and the surrounding area. A proper pre-operation check helps reduce the risk of problems during operation.
- Check the electrical supply and water supply conditions.

Basic operating procedure
1. Load the textiles

2. Close and lock the door
Close the door correctly after loading. The machine should only operate when the door-locking system has met the required safety conditions.
3. Select the washing programme
Select a programme suitable for the textile type and processing requirements. On models equipped with TP2 control, Fagor provides a touch-screen interface and programmable washing programmes to support the management of washing parameters.
Technical parameters should not be changed without appropriate training or guidance from qualified technical personnel.
4. Monitor the washing cycle
Once the programme has started, the operator should monitor the machine during operation. If an alarm or abnormal condition appears, follow the technical procedure applicable to the specific machine model.
5. Complete the cycle
When the programme has finished, open the door only after the cycle is complete and the safety system allows the door to be opened. Remove the textiles and transfer them to the next stage, such as drying or ironing.
Important operating notes
Washing performance depends not only on the machine itself but also on textile sorting, load capacity, washing programmes and the operating procedures established by each laundry facility.
- Do not operate the machine above its rated load capacity.
- Do not attempt to open the door while the machine is operating or before the safety system releases it.
- Do not change technical parameters without proper instruction.
