Fagor LN-22 TP2 is a normal spin industrial washing machine designed for professional laundry operations requiring reliable performance and a larger textile processing capacity. The machine provides a 25 kg load capacity at a 1:9 load ratio and 22 kg at 1:10.
The LN-22 TP2 features a 220 L drum with a 700 mm diameter and 560 mm depth. It operates at a washing/spinning speed of 50/714 rpm with a G-Factor of 200, helping reduce residual moisture in textiles after washing and supporting the subsequent drying process.
Robust Industrial Construction
The Fagor LN-22 TP2 uses a hard-mounted construction designed for floor anchoring with a suitable anchoring base. The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing a durable and hygienic solution for demanding professional laundry environments.
The machine features a 460 mm diameter door for convenient loading and unloading of textiles. Its TP2 control system includes a 7-inch touchscreen for intuitive programming and operation.
TP2 Control and IoT Connectivity
The TP2 control system provides USB connectivity and access to an online platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT technology. It supports 37 languages and includes 8 standard dosing signals.
The LN-22 TP2 is compatible with FagorKonnect, enabling connected equipment management and remote technical service. Laundry management functions can support both OPL and COIN configurations depending on the selected setup.
Efficient Water and Resource Management
The machine incorporates Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions to support efficient resource use during operation. According to the Fagor catalogue, water consumption is 143 L/h in the ECO programme and 176 L/h in the 60°C programme.
The LN-22 TP2 can be configured with electric or hot-water heating, while a steam conversion kit is available as an option. Additional options include dosing pump systems, SLUICE, double drain, water recirculation and extended dosing signal configurations.
