City Children's Hospital is a modern healthcare facility serving pediatric patients in Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Mekong Delta region. With its large scale and high operational requirements, an efficient laundry system is an important part of hospital hygiene and daily operations.
The hospital was developed with an investment of approximately VND 4.2 trillion, covering an area of 12.47 hectares with more than 1,000 beds, together with clinical, paraclinical and functional departments. The hospital is located within the Tan Kien High-Tech Medical Area as part of Ho Chi Minh City's healthcare network planning.
Industrial Laundry System for the Hospital
In a hospital environment, laundry is not simply about cleaning textiles. The system needs to support appropriate processing procedures, hygiene requirements and infection control, while maintaining stable operation according to the hospital's actual needs.
With experience in consulting, designing and implementing industrial laundry systems for the healthcare sector, PAN carried out the industrial laundry project for City Children's Hospital and put the system into operation according to plan.
Laundry Solution for Hospital Operations
The laundry facility was implemented to support the processing of hospital textiles such as bed sheets, patient clothing, medical staff uniforms and other textile items requiring appropriate cleaning procedures.
Putting the laundry system into operation helps reduce the workload associated with textile processing and enables the hospital to take greater control of its supply of clean textiles for healthcare activities.
Supporting the Healthcare Sector
During project implementation, PAN allocated technical resources to complete the system and put the laundry facility into operation according to plan. The project also demonstrates the role of specialized laundry systems in supporting daily operations at healthcare facilities.
