Industrial Laundry for City Children's Hospital
City Children's Hospital is one of the modern healthcare facilities developed to provide medical examination and treatment for children in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region. With its large scale and demanding clinical operations, an efficient laundry system is an important part of hospital operations and hygiene management.
The hospital was developed with an investment of approximately VND 4.2 trillion, covering an area of 12.47 hectares with a capacity of more than 1,000 beds, together with functional departments as well as clinical and paraclinical departments. The hospital is part of the Tan Kien high-tech medical area under the healthcare network development plan of Ho Chi Minh City.
Industrial Laundry System Implementation
In a hospital environment, laundry is not simply a matter of cleaning textile items. The system must support appropriate processing procedures, hygiene requirements and infection-control practices while maintaining stable operation according to the hospital's actual needs.
With experience in consulting, designing and implementing industrial laundry systems for the healthcare sector, PAN carried out the industrial laundry project for City Children's Hospital and put the system into operation according to the planned schedule.
Laundry Solution for Hospital Operations
The laundry system was implemented to support the processing of hospital textiles such as bed linen, patient clothing, medical staff uniforms and other textile items that require appropriate cleaning procedures.
Putting the industrial laundry system into operation helps reduce the workload associated with textile processing while enabling the hospital to manage its supply of clean linen more efficiently for daily healthcare activities.
Supporting Healthcare Facilities
During the project, PAN mobilized its technical resources to complete the system and bring the industrial laundry into operation according to schedule. The project also demonstrates the role of specialized laundry systems in supporting the operational requirements of healthcare facilities.
