Space-saving stacked configuration
The B*S30 combines the washer-extractor and tumble dryer in a stacked configuration, helping reduce the floor space required compared with installing two separate machines. This design is suitable for laundry facilities where available floor space is limited while washing and drying capacity remains important.
Having the washer-extractor and tumble dryer in one stacked configuration also reduces the need to use a laundry cart to transfer loads between separate washing and drying areas, supporting a more convenient workflow.
Washing and drying in one configuration
The B*S30 features a washer-extractor with a 4.2 cu. ft (119 L) cylinder volume and a tumble dryer with a 10.6 cu. ft (300 L) cylinder volume. The tumble dryer includes a standard reversing cylinder to support the drying process and laundry distribution inside the cylinder.
The washer-extractor provides 9 cylinder speeds, from Gentle, Wash and Distribution through Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High and Ultra High. The Ultra High speed reaches 766 RPM with a 200 G-Force, helping remove more water from laundry after washing and supporting shorter drying requirements.
Aries Micro control
The IPSO B*S30 uses Aries Micro control with an integrated control design intended for convenient operation. The washer-extractor provides 11 cycles, including 9 basic cycles and 2 custom cycles, while the tumble dryer provides 5 basic cycles: high, medium, low, delicate and no heat.
The control system also supports Speed Cycle, on-screen timer indication and customizable cycle modifiers. For vended laundry operations, payment options include Single Drop, Dual Drop, Token, E-Drop and Prep for Coin.
Designed for efficient operation
The B*S30 is designed to maximize the value of available floor space, particularly in laundry facilities where installation area is limited. Its stacked configuration allows washing and drying processes to be arranged vertically while maintaining a practical solution for commercial laundry operations.
The redesigned soap dispenser features enhanced self-cleaning to help reduce downtime and labor associated with cleaning. Fewer front fasteners also provide quicker access to key washer-extractor components when service or maintenance is required.
200 G extraction
The B*S30 reaches an Ultra High extraction speed of 766 RPM with a maximum G-Force of 200 G. High-speed extraction removes more water from laundry after the wash cycle, supporting the subsequent drying process.
Combining high-speed extraction with a tumble dryer in the same stacked configuration makes the B*S30 suitable for operations that need to manage both laundry processing and available installation space efficiently.
