IPSO BSG30 Stacked Laundry Equipment
The IPSO BSG30 combines a washer-extractor and tumble dryer in a stacked configuration designed to maximize available installation space. With a 30 lb (13 kg) capacity for each unit, the BSG30 is designed for laundry facilities that need to increase processing capability while making efficient use of available floor space.
Space-saving stacked configuration
The BSG30 combines washing and drying equipment vertically, helping reduce the floor area required compared with installing separate washer-extractor and tumble dryer units. This configuration is suitable for laundry facilities where available space is limited and efficient use of the installation area is important.
Combining the washer-extractor and tumble dryer in one stacked configuration also helps reduce the need to transfer loads across separate areas of the laundry facility, supporting a more convenient workflow.
Washer-extractor and tumble dryer in one configuration
The BSG30 features a washer-extractor with a 4.2 cu. ft (119 L) cylinder volume and a tumble dryer with a 10.6 cu. ft (300 L) cylinder volume. The tumble dryer includes a standard reversing cylinder to support the drying process.
The washer-extractor provides multiple cylinder speeds for different stages of the wash cycle, while the dryer is designed to provide the required heat and airflow for commercial laundry operations.
EVOLIS Touch control
The IPSO BSG30 features EVOLIS Touch control, providing a user-oriented interface for daily operation. The control system supports multiple wash and dry cycle options and provides an on-screen interface for operating the equipment.
EVOLIS Touch also supports wireless communication for cloud programming and firmware updates, as well as automated service reminders. IPSO Connect provides a dashboard for monitoring and managing connected equipment.
Designed for serviceability
The BSG30 incorporates a front design with fewer fasteners, allowing quicker access to key washer-extractor components when service or maintenance is required. This design supports easier access for service personnel and helps reduce unnecessary downtime during maintenance work.
The redesigned soap dispenser also incorporates a self-cleaning function intended to help reduce downtime and labor associated with cleaning and maintenance.
