IPSO FCIR2000/500 Cylinder Heated Ironer – Flatwork Finishing Equipment for Industrial Laundries
The IPSO FCIR2000/500 is a cylinder heated ironer designed for flatwork finishing in industrial laundry operations. It features a 500 mm roller diameter and a 2,000 mm useful roller length, with an ironing capacity of 80 kg/h using electric or gas heating and 95 kg/h using steam heating.
The FCIR500 series offers selectable front or rear linen return, providing flexibility when arranging the machine according to the laundry facility layout and workflow.

Large Linen Contact Surface
The roller provides a linen contact angle of more than 300 degrees, creating a large contact surface during ironing. Its highly polished, thin steel cylinder offers rapid temperature response and excellent thermal conductivity.
Automatic Ironing Speed Adjustment
The automatic ironing speed technology adjusts the operating speed according to the residual moisture in the linen. The roller speed can be adjusted within a range of 1.5 – 8 m/min.

Selectable Front or Rear Linen Return

The machine supports electric, gas and steam heating. The manufacturer's stated ironing capacities are:
