For a fresh food processing facility, the regular washing and drying of uniforms, protective clothing, caps, towels and other items used by employees is necessary to support hygiene throughout the production process.
During the initial investment phase, Loc An Food Processing Factory installed the following industrial laundry equipment:
- Fagor 25 kg industrial washing machine
- Fagor 45 kg industrial dryer
With an average washing cycle of approximately one hour and a drying cycle of around 45 minutes, the system provides a capacity equivalent to approximately 125 kg of laundry per day, supporting the factory's operational requirements during its initial stage.
The factory was also equipped with additional cleaning solutions, including a Spitwater high-pressure washer, a Nilfisk scrubber dryer and Ecolab cleaning and laundry chemicals, supporting cleaning activities and daily production operations.
