IPSO ACL800-25 Chest Heated Ironer
The IPSO ACL800-25 is part of the IPSO Chest Heated Ironer range, designed for flatwork ironing in industrial laundry facilities. With an 800 mm roll diameter and a 2,500 mm working width, the machine is designed to handle high-volume flatwork processing.
Design and Technology Features
Thermal Oil Heated Chest
The chest is made from a single-piece, super-flexible laser-welded construction, providing 180–206° wrap-up contact with the roll. Its self-adjusting design applies equal pressure across the full width and length of the chest to help maintain consistent ironing quality.
Thermal oil circulates inside the heated chest to distribute temperature evenly across the working width and prevent overheated spots. The self-contained thermal oil heating and circulation system provides accurate temperature control and facilitates installation and start-up.
Roll and Moisture Extraction System
The perforated steel roll features under-springing and 800 g/m² polyester felt padding. Suction through the roll helps ventilate moisture during the ironing process, supporting effective drying and finishing of flatwork.
A fully enclosed planetary gearbox is mounted directly onto the roll. The variable speed system is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing the ironing speed to be adjusted to suit operating requirements.
Delivery, Control and Roll Configuration
- Front return configuration helps save operating space and allows one person to operate the machine.
- Rear return can be connected to a folder when required.
- Front and rear return options are available to suit the laundry workflow.
- The simple control system allows manual temperature and speed settings.
- An optional PLC touch screen provides 50 programs.
- Speed regulation and a modulating burner are included.

Applications
With its 2,500 mm working width and 800 mm roll diameter, the IPSO ACL800-25 is suitable for industrial laundry facilities processing flatwork such as bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, table linen and other flat textile items.
The machine can be configured with gas, electric or steam heating to meet the infrastructure and operating requirements of each laundry facility.
