IPSO ACL80K-33 Chest Heated Flatwork Ironer
The IPSO ACL80K-33 is an industrial flatwork ironer from the Chest Heated range, designed for high-volume laundry operations. Featuring one 800 mm diameter roll and a 3,300 mm working width, this model is suitable for professional laundries that require high-capacity flatwork finishing.
With a rated capacity of 405 kg/h at 50% residual moisture, the ACL80K-33 supports the finishing requirements of large-scale laundry facilities, helping process flat linen efficiently after washing and drying.
Chest Heated Technology
The Chest Heated design uses a flexible heated chest rather than relying solely on heat transferred through the roll. The chest is heated by circulating thermal oil, providing a large contact surface between the linen and the heated area.
Its flexible, laser-welded chest is designed to adjust to the roll surface and distribute contact pressure evenly. The thermal oil circulation system helps maintain consistent temperature across the working width during operation.

With a 3,300 mm working width and a heated surface of 6.40 m², the IPSO ACL80K-33 is designed for large-scale flatwork finishing. Its stated capacity of 405 kg/h is based on 50% residual moisture, according to the manufacturer's specifications.
The machine is available with electric or gas heating. The electric-heated version has a heating power of 150 kW, while the gas-heated version uses a 189 kW burner. Gas-heated models feature burner modulation and speed regulation to support heating control during operation.
