IPSO ACL80K-35 Chest Heated Flatwork Ironer
The IPSO ACL80K-35 is an industrial flatwork ironer from the Chest Heated range, designed for large-scale laundry operations. It features one 800 mm diameter roll, a 3,500 mm working width and a rated capacity of 430 kg/h at 50% residual moisture.
With its wide working width and 6.79 m² heated surface, the ACL80K-35 is suitable for professional laundries handling large volumes of bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases and other flatwork items.
Chest Heated Technology
The IPSO ACL80K-35 uses a Chest Heated design in which the ironing chest is heated by circulating thermal oil. This configuration provides a large contact area between the linen and the heated surface to support heat transfer during ironing.
The flexible chest features laser-welded construction and is designed to adjust to the roll surface, helping maintain even contact pressure. The thermal oil circulation system supports heat distribution across the chest.

With a 3,500 mm working width, a 6.79 m² heated surface and a rated capacity of 430 kg/h at 50% residual moisture, the IPSO ACL80K-35 is designed for high-volume flatwork finishing.
The machine is available with electric or gas heating. The electric-heated version has a heating power of 165 kW, while the gas-heated version uses a 189 kW burner. Gas-heated models feature burner modulation and speed regulation to support heating control during operation.
