IPSO ACL800-30 Chest Heated Ironer
The IPSO ACL800-30 belongs to the IPSO Chest Heated Ironer range and is designed for flatwork ironing in industrial laundry facilities. It features an 800 mm roll diameter and a 3,000 mm working width, making it suitable for processing wide flatwork items.
Design and Technology Features
Flexible Chest with Even Pressure Distribution
The chest is made from a single-piece, super-flexible laser-welded construction, providing 180–206° wrap-up contact with the rolls. Its self-adjusting design applies equal pressure across the entire width and length of the roll to help maintain consistent ironing quality.
Heating System
The thermal oil heating system circulates oil inside the chest to distribute heat evenly across the full width and prevent overheated spots. The self-contained thermal oil heating and circulation system provides accurate temperature control and facilitates installation and start-up.
Steam heating is also available, with steam injected directly into the chest.
Roll and Moisture Extraction System
The perforated steel roll features under-springing and 800 g/m² polyester felt padding. Suction through the roll helps ventilate moisture during the ironing process.
A fully enclosed planetary gearbox is mounted directly onto the roll. The variable speed system is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing the ironing speed to be adjusted to suit operating requirements.
Delivery, Control and Roll Configuration
- Front return helps save operating space and allows one person to operate the machine.
- Rear return can be connected to a folder when necessary.
- Front and rear return options are available to suit the laundry workflow.
- The simple control system allows manual temperature and speed settings.
- An optional PLC touch screen provides 50 programs.
- Speed regulation and a modulating burner are included.
