IPSO Two Roll Chest Heated Ironer ACL800-25
The IPSO ACL800-25 is part of the IPSO Two Roll Chest Heated Ironer range, designed for flatwork ironing in industrial laundry facilities. It features two 800 mm diameter rolls and a 2,500 mm working width. The standard ironing speed is 5–20 m/min, with an optional high-speed range of 9–36 m/min.
Design and Technology Features
Flexible Heated Chest
The chest features a single-piece, super-flexible laser-welded construction with 180–206° wrap-up contact to the rolls. Its self-adjusting design applies equal pressure across the entire width and length of the rolls, helping achieve consistent ironing quality.
For thermal oil heating, circulated oil moves inside the chest to distribute temperature evenly across its full width and prevent overheated spots. The self-contained thermal oil heating and circulation system provides accurate temperature control and facilitates installation and start-up.
Steam heating is also available through direct steam injection into the chest.
Self-Positioning Heated Bridge
An 80 cm long self-positioning heated bridge helps prevent linen from cooling or rolling during the ironing process.
Roll and Moisture Extraction System
The perforated steel rolls feature under-springing and 800 g/m² polyester felt padding. Suction through the rolls helps ventilate moisture during ironing.
Fully enclosed planetary gearboxes are mounted directly onto the rolls. Variable speed is controlled by a frequency inverter drive, with ironing speeds of up to 20 m/min and an optional high-speed setting of up to 36 m/min.
Control and Delivery Configuration
- Standard 7.5-inch touch screen with 50 programs.

- Front return helps save operating space and allows one person to operate the machine.
- Rear return can be connected to a folder when necessary.
- Front and rear return configurations are available to suit the laundry workflow.
