The IPSO ACL800-33 Two Roll belongs to the Two Roll Chest Heated Ironer range. Designed with two 800 mm diameter rolls and a 3300 mm working width, it features a flexible heated chest system for processing large volumes of flat linen in industrial laundry facilities.
Key Features of the IPSO ACL800-33 Two Roll
Chest Heating System
- Single-piece, super-flexible laser-welded chest with 180–206° wrap-up contact to the rolls.
- The self-adjusting chest applies even pressure across the entire width and length of the rolls to help achieve consistent ironing quality.
- Thermal oil circulates through the chest to distribute heat evenly across its full width and prevent overheated spots.
- The self-contained thermal oil heating and circulation system provides accurate temperature control and simplifies installation and start-up.
- For steam heating, steam is injected directly into the chest.
- An 80 cm long self-positioning heated bridge helps prevent linen from cooling down or rolling up during operation.
Two-Roll Design and Linen Handling
- Perforated steel rolls with under-springing and 800 g/m² polyester felt padding.
- Suction through the rolls helps ventilate moisture during ironing.
- Fully enclosed planetary gearboxes mounted directly onto the rolls.
- Variable ironing speed controlled by a frequency inverter, with a standard range of 5–20 m/min and optional high speed of 9–36 m/min.
- Front return delivery is available to save operating space and allow one-person operation. Rear return delivery can be selected for connection to a folder when required.

- Standard 7.5-inch touchscreen.
- 50 programmable operating programs.
- Speed regulation and modulating burner included for gas-heated models.
