Construction of MerPerle Dalat began in October 2018, with investment from Khai Vy Group. The project consists of 10 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a total investment of VND 1,000 billion.
Designed in a semi-classical architectural style, MerPerle Dalat is located on Hung Vuong Street in an area known for its historic villas in Da Lat. The hotel has 10 floors and 402 rooms, serving the upscale accommodation segment.
MerPerle Dalat features facilities and amenities supporting accommodation, dining, conferences, seminars and wedding events.

For a large-scale hotel, the laundry system needs to provide appropriate textile processing capacity while supporting an efficient operational workflow.
PAN Trading JSC provided consulting, equipment supply and installation for the laundry system at MerPerle Dalat, including a high-capacity washing and drying system and a conveyor-based garment hanging system.
The implementation covered multiple stages, from transporting the equipment and arranging the machines according to the installation layout to equipment installation, operational guidance and system completion.
