PAN Delivers a 50 kg Industrial Washing Machine to Vina Pride Seafoods
PAN has completed the delivery of a 50 kg industrial washing machine to Vina Pride Seafoods’ factory in Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An. The project was carried out based on the company’s operational needs and the actual conditions of its laundry area.
Established in 2011, Vina Pride Seafoods specializes in seafood processing, including fish fillets and surimi products for both domestic and international markets.
On-Site Survey and Planning for Machine Installation
Before supplying the equipment, PAN conducted an on-site survey at Vina Pride Seafoods to assess the available space, the planned laundry area, and the conditions for bringing the machine into the operating area.
The survey showed that the laundry area was located on an upper floor of the factory. With a machine of this size and weight, conventional transportation was not a practical option. A crane truck was therefore planned to lift the machine into position from the outset.
This is an important part of the consultation process. Along with selecting the appropriate machine capacity, PAN also considers the available space, transportation route, installation location, and the method of bringing the equipment into the facility. This allows the delivery and installation process to be properly prepared before the machine arrives on site.
Transporting and Lifting the Machine to the Laundry Area
At the site, the machine was first positioned outside the factory and kept in its protective packaging while being moved into place for the lifting operation.
A crane truck was positioned at the designated area. The machine was secured, lifted to the upper floor, and carefully guided toward the laundry area with close coordination between the technical team and site personnel.
From the outside, this may look like just another step in delivering the equipment. In practice, moving a large industrial machine to an upper floor requires careful planning of the crane position, lifting clearance, and access route. Conducting the survey beforehand allowed these requirements to be addressed before the equipment arrived at the factory.
More Than Just Equipment Supply
A 50 kg industrial washing machine is designed to handle large volumes of laundry, making it suitable for operations that require a dedicated laundry area and regular processing of workwear, uniforms, and other textile items.
However, choosing the right equipment is not simply a matter of machine capacity. Available space, installation location, and the practical requirements for bringing the machine into the facility all need to be considered from the beginning.
