Fagor ECONOMIC SC-22 M Industrial Laundry Dryer
The Fagor ECONOMIC SC-22 M is an industrial laundry dryer from Fagor Professional's ECONOMIC Line, designed for high-volume textile drying in industrial laundries, hotels, hospitals, factories and other professional laundry facilities.
The SC-22 M provides a drying capacity of 24.3 kg at 1:18 or 22 kg at 1:20, with a 440 L drum. The machine is available with electric, gas or steam heating, allowing the configuration to be matched to the energy infrastructure of each installation.
M Programmer for Time and Temperature Control
The Fagor SC-22 M is equipped with the M Programmer, allowing operators to control the drying time and temperature according to the requirements of each drying cycle.
Standard Frequency Inverter and Reversing Drum Rotation
The SC-22 M features a standard frequency inverter and reversing drum rotation. The drum can change its rotation direction during operation according to the machine's programmed cycle.
Galvanised Steel Drum
The SC-22 M is equipped with a galvanised steel drum with a diameter of 835 mm, a drum length of 800 mm and a total volume of 440 L.
This drum configuration supports loads of up to 24.3 kg at a 1:18 ratio, making the machine suitable for professional laundry operations requiring larger drying capacity.
Efficient Airflow and Large Lint Filter
The SC-22 M features an efficient airflow system with a large debris filter. The nominal airflow is 1,200 m³/h, supported by a fan motor rated at 0.55 kW.
The large filter facilitates lint collection during drying and provides convenient access for routine cleaning and maintenance.
Large Door and Flexible Door Opening
The dryer is equipped with a 574 mm diameter door, providing convenient access for loading and unloading textiles.
The door opening direction can be reversed, while the hinges allow the door to open up to 180º, providing greater flexibility for different installation layouts.
End-of-Cycle Cooling (COOL DOWN)
The SC-22 M includes an end-of-cycle cooling function (COOL DOWN). After the main drying process has finished, the machine continues operating in cooling mode to gradually reduce the temperature of the textiles before the cycle ends.
This helps reduce the temperature of the textiles before they are removed from the dryer and makes post-drying handling more convenient.
