IPSO IB1800 is a high-capacity Barrier Washer-Extractor designed for professional laundry operations requiring very large textile processing capacity. Its freestanding, high-spin configuration is suitable for industrial laundry facilities requiring controlled separation between dirty and clean laundry areas.
Barrier Washer-Extractor Design
The IPSO IB1800 features a stainless steel cabinet, drum and tub. The machine provides easy access to vital components to support inspection and maintenance activities in professional laundry environments.
The large door opening facilitates loading and unloading, while automatic door positioning helps bring the drum door into the appropriate position during operation.
Large-Capacity Drum
With a drum volume of 1,800 litres, the IPSO IB1800 is designed for high-volume industrial laundry processing. According to the manufacturer specification, the IB1800 is supplied with a standard drum configuration.
Perforated lifting ribs provide additional mechanical action during washing while supporting lower water consumption.
High-Spin Extraction
The IPSO IB1800 features a G-Force of 350 and an extraction speed of 695 rpm. The high-spin configuration supports effective water removal before subsequent drying and finishing processes.
Evolis Elite Control
The IPSO IB1800 can be configured with Evolis Elite control featuring a 7-inch touchscreen. The control system allows fully programmable and customizable cycles and includes operating instructions within the control interface.
Control content is available in 34 languages, supporting professional laundry operations with multilingual users.
Automatic Weighing System
The Automatic Weighing System is available to automatically adapt the amount of water and detergent according to the wash load. This supports controlled resource and chemical consumption across different laundry loads.

The IPSO IB1800 features a soap dispenser with 10 removable compartments. Liquid soap connections and pumps are available as options for integration with automated chemical dosing systems.
Water Drainage
The IPSO IB1800 features large 126 mm drain valves with a flow amount of 600 litres per minute. This configuration supports rapid drainage for a machine with a large drum volume.
Cloud-Based Laundry Management
