Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-11 TP2 PLUS Industrial Dryer
Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-11 TP2 PLUS is a single-pocket dryer from Fagor Professional's ADVANCE+ range, designed for professional laundry operations. The model has a drying capacity of 11.7 kg at a 1:18 ratio or 10.5 kg at a 1:20 ratio, with a 210 L drum volume.
The SR-11 TP2 PLUS features Touch Plus Control TP2, a frequency inverter with drum rotation reversal, a stainless steel drum, intelligent humidity control, and airflow, air recirculation and thermal insulation technologies designed to support efficient drying.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The machine is equipped with Touch Plus Control TP2 featuring a programmable 7-inch colour touchscreen. The system includes USB connectivity and standard FagorKonnect IoT connectivity.
FagorKonnect provides an online platform for functions such as programming, telemetry, data analysis and remote management through IoT connectivity. The system also supports professional OPL and self-service laundry management.
The control interface supports 37 languages and can display on-screen videos for announcements and operating instructions.
Drum Reversal and Stainless Steel Drum
A frequency inverter is supplied as standard and provides drum rotation reversal. According to Fagor, reverse drum rotation contributes to a more efficient drying process and greater uniformity during textile drying.
The SR-11 TP2 PLUS features a stainless steel drum with a 750 mm diameter, 475 mm length and 210 L volume.
Intelligent Moisture Control
Fagor equips the ADVANCE+ range with intelligent humidity control, including temperature control at the drum air inlet. The system supports control of the drying process according to textile moisture.
In Fagor's range feature table, the iDry moisture detection system is listed as standard for the ADVANCE+ range.
Green Flow System – Air Recirculation
The Green Flow System is an air recirculation system included in the ADVANCE+ range. It allows air to be reused to support energy savings and improve airflow during the drying process.
Total Flow and Airflow Efficiency
The SR-11 TP2 PLUS uses Total Flow, an optimized axial-radial airflow system. Fagor designed the system to improve airflow inside the drum and enhance the efficiency of the drying process.
The machine also features a large debris filter to support airflow during operation.
Double Skin and Double-Glazed Door
Double Skin provides full thermal insulation of the machine cabinet. Combined with the double-glazed door, the design helps reduce heat loss and support energy-efficient operation.
Soft Touch and Textile Handling
Soft Touch uses recessed drum perforations developed by Fagor to support gentler textile handling during the drying process and help extend textile service life.
Fire Kare and Cool Down
Fire Kare is an integrated fire protection system designed to activate immediately in the event of a fire inside the dryer basket.
Cool Down provides cooling at the end of the drying cycle.
Three Heating Options
Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-11 TP2 PLUS is available with electric, gas or steam heating.
For the electric configuration, the installed heating power is 12 kW, the installed electrical power is 12.97 kW, and the stated evaporation capacity is 21.7 kg/h.
For the gas configuration, the installed heating power is 20.5 kW, with a stated evaporation capacity of 30 kg/h.
For the steam configuration, the installed heating power is 30 kW. At the standard steam pressure of 6–9 barG, the stated steam consumption is 53 kg/h.
Ergonomic Operation and Maintenance
The SR-11 TP2 PLUS features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless steel effect. It includes a stainless steel filter drawer, large door diameter and 180° opening hinges.
The door opening direction can be reversed to adapt the machine to different installation conditions. The control panel is designed for easy access, while the technical menu provides statistical information for technicians.
Configuration Options
Fagor offers several configuration options for the SR-11 TP2 PLUS, including counter door opening, a tropicalised model, a dosing and perfume spraying system, an external rear air inlet with filter, alternative debris filters, stainless steel cabinet and front panel, stainless steel steam coil, low-pressure steam coil and different voltage options.
These options should be selected according to the equipment configuration and specific installation requirements.
