Fagor ADVANCE SR-14 TP2 Industrial Dryer
The Fagor ADVANCE SR-14 TP2 is a single-pocket industrial dryer designed for laundry operations requiring a capacity of 15 kg at a 1:18 ratio or 13.5 kg at a 1:20 ratio. It features a 270 L drum and supports electric, gas and steam heating configurations.
TP2 Control and IoT Connectivity
The SR-14 TP2 is equipped with a 7-inch programmable colour touchscreen. The TP2 control supports USB connectivity and the FagorKonnect online platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT.
The screen can display videos, announcements and operating instructions, making it suitable for self-service applications as well. The control system supports 37 languages.
Reliable and Efficient Operation
The machine comes with a standard frequency inverter and standard rotation reversal. The stainless steel drum is included as standard.
The Mixed Flow system combines axial and radial airflow, while the large debris filter supports efficient airflow through the drying system.
Three Heating Options
The SR-14 TP2 supports electric, gas and steam heating, allowing the heating configuration to be selected according to the operating conditions and available energy source at the laundry facility.
- Electric heating: 18 kW heating power, 18.67 kW installed electrical power, 13.5 L/h evaporation capacity and 26.9 kg/h hourly output.
- Gas heating: 20.5 kW heating power, with instant propane G31 consumption of 1.76 kg/h or natural gas G20 consumption of 2.17 m³/h; hourly output is 30.25 kg/h.
- Steam heating: 30 kW heating power and 53 kg/h steam consumption at 8 barG; the low-pressure configuration has a steam consumption of 57 kg/h at 5 barG.
Fagor also offers a reduced-power option for the SR-14 TP2, with 12 kW instead of the standard 18 kW electric heating power.
Practical Design for Operation
The SR-14 TP2 features a stainless steel filter drawer, a 574 mm door diameter, reversible door opening direction and 180° opening hinges. The control panel and technical components are designed for easy access during maintenance.
The drum incorporates the SOFT TOUCH design with recessed perforations, while COOL DOWN provides cooling at the end of the drying cycle.
Customisation and Connectivity
The machine can be configured according to operating requirements, including wet cleaning applications and conversion from the standard OPL configuration to a self-service version.
The laundry management system supports both OPL and self-service operation. Remote payment is also available as an option for self-service applications.
Safety and Options
The SR-14 TP2 is CE approved. Available options include humidity control, double-glazed door, FIRE KARE fire protection system, opposing door opening, tropicalised configuration, dosing and perfume spraying system, rear external air inlet and filter, alternative debris filter meshes, stainless steel cabinet or front panel, stainless steel steam coil, low-pressure steam coil, different voltage options and wooden packaging.
