Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-28 TP2 PLUS Industrial Dryer
The Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-28 TP2 PLUS is a single-pocket industrial dryer with a capacity of 30.6 kg at a 1:18 ratio and 27.5 kg at a 1:20 ratio. It features a 550 L drum with a 947 mm diameter and supports electric, gas or steam heating configurations.
TP2 Control and FagorKonnect Connectivity
The SR-28 TP2 PLUS is equipped with a 7-inch TP2 colour touchscreen for programming and operation. The control system includes a USB connection and FagorKonnect connectivity for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT technology. The interface supports 37 languages.
Stainless Steel Drum and Drum Reversal
The machine is equipped with a frequency inverter and standard drum rotation reversal. A stainless steel drum is standard, combined with Soft Touch design featuring recessed perforations in the drum.
Humidity Control and Airflow
The SR-28 TP2 PLUS features intelligent humidity control with temperature control at the drum air inlet. The Green Flow System provides intelligent air recirculation, while Total Flow uses an axial-radial airflow system.
The machine is equipped with a large debris filter. Its Double Skin construction provides full thermal insulation of the cabinet together with a double-glazed door.
Three Heating Options
The Fagor SR-28 TP2 PLUS can be configured with three heating options:
- Electric heating: 30 kW installed heating power, 26.8 L/h evaporation capacity and 51.6 kg/h hourly output.
- Gas heating: 41 kW installed heating power, 31.8 L/h evaporation capacity and 61.1 kg/h hourly output.
- Steam heating: 50.1 kW installed heating power and standard steam consumption of 89 kg/h at 8 barG. A low-pressure steam configuration is also available with 93 kg/h consumption at 5 barG.
Safety and Operation Features
The SR-28 TP2 PLUS includes FIRE KARE integrated fire protection. COOL DOWN provides cooling at the end of the cycle. The machine also features easy access to the control panel and a technical menu with statistics for technicians.
Design and Configuration Options
The machine features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless steel effect. Available options include counter door opening, tropicalised configuration, dosing and perfume spraying system, external air inlet with filter, 0.6 mm or 1.2 mm debris filters, stainless steel cabinet, stainless steel front panel, stainless steel steam coil and low-pressure steam coil.
Different voltage options and wooden packaging are also available depending on the required configuration.
