Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-60 TP2 PLUS Industrial Dryer
The Fagor ADVANCE+ SR-60 TP2 PLUS is a single-pocket industrial dryer with a capacity of 66.7 kg at a 1:18 loading ratio and 60 kg at 1:20. It features a 1,200 L drum and is designed for professional laundry operations requiring high-volume drying capacity and reliable process control.
TP2 Control and FagorKonnect Connectivity
The SR-60 TP2 PLUS is equipped with a 7-inch colour TP2 touchscreen for easy programming and operation. The control system includes USB connectivity and FagorKonnect integration for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT. On-screen videos can provide operating instructions, and the system supports 37 languages.
Stainless Steel Drum and Reversing Rotation
The dryer features a standard stainless steel drum and frequency inverter with standard reversing rotation. For the SR-45/60/80 models, Fagor also specifies a geared motor transmission designed for this larger dryer range.
Humidity Control and Efficient Airflow
The SR-60 TP2 PLUS incorporates intelligent humidity control with temperature control at the drum air inlet. The Green Flow System provides intelligent air recirculation, while Total Flow uses an axial-radial airflow system to optimise air circulation inside the dryer.
The Double Skin design provides full thermal insulation of the cabinet together with a double-glazed door. The large debris filter supports efficient airflow during operation.
Multiple Heating Options
The Fagor SR-60 TP2 PLUS can be configured with electric, gas, steam or thermal oil heating, allowing the machine configuration to be adapted to the available utilities and operating requirements of the laundry facility.
- Electric heating: 72 kW installed heating power, 64 L/h evaporation capacity and 128.6 kg/h hourly output.
- Gas heating: 90 kW installed heating power, 72 L/h evaporation capacity and 144 kg/h hourly output.
- Steam heating: 128 kW installed heating power, with standard steam consumption of 171 kg/h at 8 barG and low-pressure steam consumption of 147 kg/h at 5 barG.
- Thermal oil heating: 128 kW installed heating power with fluid consumption of 10 m³/h at a maximum temperature of 175°C.
Ventilation System
The SR-60 TP2 PLUS uses a ventilation system with a nominal airflow of 4,500 m³/h, a 300 mm air outlet and a 2.2 kW fan motor.
Safety and Operating Convenience
The dryer includes FIRE KARE, an integrated fire protection system, together with COOL DOWN for cooling at the end of the cycle. The SOFT TOUCH drum design, stainless steel filter drawer, reversible door opening direction and 180° opening hinges further support convenient operation and maintenance.
Design and Configuration Options
The SR-60 TP2 PLUS features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless steel effect. Available options include an automatic sliding door with double glass, a manual sliding door, a front tipping kit, opposing door opening, tropicalised configuration, dosing and perfume spraying system, external rear air inlet with filter and different debris filter mesh sizes.
Other options include a stainless steel cabinet, stainless steel front panel, low-pressure steam battery and different voltage configurations. The TP2 control supports OPL and self-service laundry management.
