Fagor ADVANCE SR-80 TP2 Industrial Dryer
The Fagor SR-80 TP2 is a single-pocket dryer from the ADVANCE range and belongs to the SR-45/60/80 TP2 model group. It features TP2 control with a 7" colour touch screen and can be configured with electric, gas, steam or thermal oil heating.
TP2 Control and IoT Connectivity
The SR-80 TP2 features a programmable 7" colour touch screen. The control system includes USB connectivity and an online platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis via IoT.
TP2 supports on-screen videos for announcements and operating instructions and supports 37 languages.
Drive System and Drum
The SR-80 TP2 is equipped with a standard frequency inverter and standard rotation reversal. A stainless steel drum is included as standard.
For the SR-45/60/80 models, Fagor specifies a geared motor transmission. The drum features the SOFT TOUCH design with recessed perforations.
The COOL DOWN function provides cooling at the end of the drying cycle.
Airflow and Debris Filtration
The SR-80 TP2 uses the MIXED FLOW axial-radial airflow system and a large debris filter.
Heating and Configuration
The SR-80 TP2 is available with electric, gas or steam heating. The Fagor catalog also specifies thermal oil heating for this model.
The machine can be customised according to requirements and supports Wet Cleaning configuration.
FagorKonnect Connectivity
IoT FagorKonnect is standard and supports connectivity and machine management within the laundry system. TP2 supports programming, telemetry and data analysis via IoT.
Ergonomics and Design
The SR-80 TP2 features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless-steel effect. It includes a stainless-steel filter drawer, large door diameter, reversible door opening direction and 180° opening hinges.
For the SR-45/60/80 TP2 range, Fagor offers automatic sliding doors with double glazing and manual sliding doors without double glazing as options.
Maintenance
The control panel provides easy access. A technical menu provides statistics for technicians, while the machine components are designed for easy access during maintenance.
