Fagor CONCEPT SR-14 M Industrial Dryer
The Fagor CONCEPT SR-14 M is a single-pocket industrial dryer equipped with the M Programmer, allowing time and temperature control. The model provides a capacity of 15 kg at 1:18 and 13.5 kg at 1:20, with a 270 L drum volume.
M Programmer
The M Programmer allows operators to control drying time and temperature. It is the control configuration used for the Fagor CONCEPT range, focusing on the main drying parameters.
Stainless Steel Drum and Reversing Rotation
The SR-14 M features a standard stainless steel drum and a standard frequency inverter with reversing rotation. The drum has a 750 mm diameter, 610 mm length and 270 L volume.
The SOFT TOUCH design features a drum with recessed perforations. The machine also includes COOL DOWN for cooling at the end of the drying cycle.
MIXED FLOW Airflow System
The SR-14 M uses the MIXED FLOW axial-radial airflow system. It is equipped with a large debris filter and a stainless steel filter drawer.
The nominal airflow is 850 m³/h, with a 200 mm air outlet and a 0.25 kW fan motor.
Heating Configurations
The SR-14 M is available with electric, gas or steam heating. Standard electric heating power is 18 kW, gas heating power is 20.5 kW and steam heating power is 30 kW.
For steam heating, the Fagor catalog specifies a standard consumption of 53 kg/h at 8 barG. The low-pressure configuration has a specified consumption of 57 kg/h at 5 barG.
Design and Maintenance
The machine features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless-steel effect. The control panel provides easy access, while the components are designed for easy access during maintenance.
The Fagor catalog also specifies a technical menu with statistics for technicians and maintenance through an external console.
The SR-14 M has a 574 mm door diameter, 180º opening hinges and reversible door opening direction.
