Fagor CONCEPT SR-18 M Industrial Dryer
The Fagor CONCEPT SR-18 M is a single-pocket industrial dryer equipped with the M Programmer, allowing time and temperature control. The model provides a capacity of 18.3 kg at 1:18 and 16.5 kg at 1:20, with a 330 L drum volume.
M Programmer
The M Programmer allows operators to control drying time and temperature. It is the control system specified by Fagor for the CONCEPT range.
Stainless Steel Drum and Frequency Inverter
The SR-18 M features a standard stainless steel drum and a standard frequency inverter with reversing rotation.
The drum has a 750 mm diameter, 746 mm length and 330 L volume. The SOFT TOUCH design features a drum with recessed perforations. The machine also includes COOL DOWN for cooling at the end of the cycle.
MIXED FLOW Airflow System
The SR-18 M uses the MIXED FLOW axial-radial airflow system and is equipped with a large debris filter.
The machine features a stainless steel filter drawer. Nominal airflow is 850 m³/h, with a 200 mm air outlet and a 0.25 kW fan motor.
Heating Configurations
The SR-18 M is available with electric, gas or steam heating.
The electric heating configuration provides 18 kW of heating power. The gas heating configuration provides 20.5 kW, while the steam heating configuration provides 30 kW.
For steam heating, the Fagor catalog specifies standard steam consumption of 53 kg/h at 8 barG. The low-pressure configuration has a specified consumption of 57 kg/h at 5 barG.
Design and Maintenance
The SR-18 M features a grey skinplate cabinet with a stainless-steel effect. The control panel provides easy access, while the components are designed for easy access during maintenance.
The Fagor catalog also specifies a technical menu with statistics for technicians and maintenance through an external console.
The machine has a 574 mm door diameter, reversible door opening direction and 180º opening hinges.
Configuration Flexibility
The Fagor CONCEPT SR-18 M is designed with configuration flexibility. The standard OPL dryer can be converted to a self-service version according to the selected configuration.
