IPSO IY1000 High-Speed Softmount Washer-Extractor
The IPSO IY1000 is a high-speed Softmount washer-extractor designed for industrial laundries requiring high processing capacity per cycle. It handles 100 kg at a 1:10 loading ratio and up to 108 kg at 1:9, with a 972 L drum volume.
Softmount design for high-capacity laundry operations
The IPSO IY1000 features a Softmount construction, allowing the machine to operate without being directly anchored to a foundation like hardmount equipment. Its stainless steel drum and tub provide a robust solution for demanding continuous laundry environments.
The machine is designed with convenient front access to key components for service and maintenance. The large loading door also makes loading and unloading easier when processing high-volume laundry batches.
High-speed extraction for efficient downstream processing
With an extraction speed of 720 rpm and a G-Factor of 350, the IPSO IY1000 effectively removes moisture from textiles at the end of the wash cycle. This helps reduce the moisture load entering the drying process and supports efficient overall laundry throughput.
The frequency-controlled motor allows the drum speed to be adapted to different wash programs, supporting stable operation across a wide range of laundry processes.
Efficient washing and resource management
The perforated lifting ribs increase mechanical action during washing while helping reduce water consumption. Pneumatically controlled water inlets and large drain valves support the water flow requirements of a high-capacity washer-extractor.
Depending on the selected configuration, the IPSO IY1000 can also accommodate liquid detergent systems, additional water connections and water recycling solutions to suit the requirements of the laundry operation.
Flexible control for industrial laundry processes
Depending on the configuration, the IPSO IY1000 can be equipped with Evolis or Evolis Elite controls for programmable and customizable wash cycles. The Evolis Elite system uses a 7-inch touchscreen interface, providing intuitive operation and flexible cycle management for demanding laundry environments.
The control system supports multiple languages and allows programs to be configured according to textile types, soil levels and specific processing requirements.
Suitable for large-scale laundry operations
With a processing capacity of around 100 kg per cycle at a 1:10 loading ratio, the IPSO IY1000 is suitable for industrial laundries, large hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, factories, commercial laundry providers and other operations requiring high laundry throughput.
