The IPSO IY240 is a high-speed Softmount washer-extractor designed for professional laundry operations requiring reliable performance and efficient processing of large textile loads. With a 240-liter drum, the machine handles 24 kg at a 1:10 loading ratio and up to 27 kg at 1:9, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial laundry applications.
Efficient Washing and Extraction
The Softmount design allows the machine to be installed directly on the floor without the specialized foundation typically required for rigid-mount machines. With an extraction speed of up to 1,035 rpm and a G-Factor of 450, the IPSO IY240 removes a significant amount of moisture from textiles at the end of the wash cycle, helping reduce the workload of downstream drying processes.
The stainless steel drum and tub are designed for professional laundry environments and frequent operation. The large door opening facilitates loading and unloading, while the 76 mm drain valve supports rapid water discharge after the wash cycle.

The IPSO IY240 is designed to provide convenient front access to key components, supporting inspection and maintenance activities. The machine can be configured with liquid chemical connections and dosing pumps, while additional water inlet options are available depending on the selected configuration.

The IPSO IY240 can be equipped with IPSO control solutions, including the Evolis platform with a 7-inch full-color touch display.
