IPSO IY65 is a high-speed Softmount washer-extractor designed for professional laundry operations that require compact equipment with efficient washing and extraction performance. With a 65 L drum, a capacity of up to 7 kg and an extraction speed of up to 1,298 rpm, the IY65 is well suited to commercial laundry facilities with small to medium processing requirements.
High extraction performance with G-Factor 500
The IPSO IY65 delivers high-speed extraction with a G-Factor of 500. High extraction performance helps reduce the amount of residual moisture remaining in linen after washing, supporting shorter drying times and lower energy consumption in the subsequent drying process. This makes the machine particularly suitable for laundry operations focused on throughput and operating cost control.
Flexible Softmount design
The IY65 features a freestanding Softmount design, offering greater flexibility in machine installation compared with hard-mounted washer-extractors that require direct floor anchoring. Its industrial construction is designed for reliable operation, while front access to key components helps simplify service and maintenance.
Smart Drum and convenient loading
The 65 L drum has a diameter of 530 mm. IPSO's Smart Drum features a specially textured drum surface designed to support effective washing performance. The machine also provides a large door opening for convenient loading and unloading, while the soap dispenser supports practical chemical handling in professional laundry environments.
Control and operation
The IY65 belongs to IPSO's Softmount platform and is available with the Evolis control platform, designed to provide intuitive operation and programmable laundry management. Depending on the selected configuration, the machine can support OPL or self-service laundry applications.
Water, energy and time efficiency
IPSO's Softmount design is intended to reduce residual moisture in linen after extraction, helping lower the energy required during drying. IPSO states that the Softmount range can deliver energy savings per drying cycle while also reducing cycle duration and water consumption.
