IPSO IY135 High-Speed Softmount Washer-Extractor
The IPSO IY135 is a high-speed Softmount washer-extractor designed for professional and industrial laundry operations requiring consistent textile processing capacity. With a 135 L drum and a capacity of up to 15 kg at a 1:9 loading ratio, the IY135 is suitable for commercial laundries, hotels, healthcare facilities, factories and other professional textile-processing environments.
Efficient Washing and Extraction
The IY135 features a 620 mm drum diameter, a 49 rpm wash speed and a maximum extraction speed of 1,151 rpm. Its G-Factor of 460 supports effective moisture extraction from textiles after washing, helping reduce the moisture load entering the drying stage and contributing to overall laundry process efficiency.
IPSO's Softmount design is developed for high-speed extraction and reduced residual moisture in textiles. According to IPSO, this design can contribute to energy savings during drying and shorter processing times.
Smart Drum Design and Reliable Operation
The IY135 incorporates IPSO's Smart Drum design, developed to support effective washing performance. The machine also uses a large drain valve to improve water evacuation and help shorten washing cycles.
IPSO positions its Softmount range around reduced consumption of water, energy, chemicals and processing time, while maintaining the industrial performance required for demanding laundry operations.
IPSO Controls and Technology
The IPSO Softmount range supports modern control and management technologies, including Touch Control and IPSO Connect depending on the selected configuration. IPSO Connect enables compatible equipment to connect to a cloud-based management platform for remote access to machine data and operational information.
The machine can also be configured for liquid chemical dosing, hot-water supply or steam heating according to the site's infrastructure and the selected equipment configuration.
