IPSO IY1200 High-Speed Softmount Washer-Extractor
The IPSO IY1200 is a high-speed Softmount washer-extractor designed for industrial laundries requiring very high processing capacity per cycle. It handles 115 kg at a 1:10 loading ratio and up to 128 kg at 1:9, with a 1,154 L drum volume.
Softmount construction for high-capacity laundry operations
The IPSO IY1200 features a Softmount construction, providing a flexible solution for large-scale laundry facilities. Its robust construction is designed for demanding industrial environments and continuous operation.
The 1,300 mm drum diameter and large loading opening make loading and unloading more convenient when processing high-volume laundry batches.
High-speed extraction for efficient downstream processing
The IPSO IY1200 reaches 695 rpm with a G-Factor of 350. Effective moisture extraction at the end of the wash cycle helps reduce the moisture load entering the drying process and supports efficient overall laundry throughput.
The frequency-controlled motor allows the drum speed to be adjusted according to the selected wash program, supporting different textile processing requirements.
Efficient water and detergent management
Perforated lifting ribs increase mechanical action during washing while helping reduce water consumption. The Smart Wave system is designed to optimize water and detergent usage according to the selected washing process.
The machine features three 1½-inch water inlets and two large Ø103 mm drain valves to support the flow requirements of its high-capacity drum. Liquid detergent systems and water recycling solutions can also be integrated depending on the selected configuration.
Flexible control and cycle management
The IPSO IY1200 can be configured with Evolis or Evolis Elite controls for programmable and customizable wash cycles. The Evolis Elite system features a 7-inch touchscreen interface for intuitive program setup and operation.
The control system supports multiple languages and allows wash programs to be configured according to textile types, soil levels and specific processing requirements.
Designed for large-scale industrial laundries
With a processing capacity of 115–128 kg per cycle, the IPSO IY1200 is suitable for industrial laundries, large hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, factories, commercial laundry providers and other high-throughput laundry operations.
