Fagor ADVANCE SR-22 TP2 Industrial Dryer
The Fagor ADVANCE SR-22 TP2 is a single-pocket industrial dryer from Fagor Professional. The model offers a capacity of 24.3 kg at a 1:18 ratio and 22 kg at a 1:20 ratio, with a 440 L drum volume.
TP2 Control and IoT Connectivity
The SR-22 TP2 features a 7-inch programmable colour touchscreen designed for convenient operation. The machine includes a USB connection and the FagorKonnect platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT.
The TP2 control supports 37 languages and can display on-screen videos for announcements and operating instructions, including self-service applications.
Drum and Drive System
The machine is equipped with a standard stainless steel drum and standard frequency inverter, with standard inversion of rotation. The SOFT TOUCH drum design features recessed perforations.
Three Heating Options
The SR-22 TP2 is available with electric, gas or steam heating according to the manufacturer’s configuration:
- Electric heating: 24 kW.
- Gas heating: 31 kW.
- Steam heating: 49.2 kW.
For the standard steam configuration, the Fagor catalog specifies steam consumption of 87 kg/h at 8 barG, with a standard steam pressure range of 6–9 barG.
For the low-pressure steam configuration, the catalog specifies a pressure range of 3–6 barG and 1-inch steam inlet/outlet connections. The catalog does not specify a corresponding steam consumption figure for the SR-22 TP2 low-pressure configuration.
Airflow System
The SR-22 TP2 uses a Mixed Flow axial-radial airflow system combined with a large debris filter to support airflow through the drying process.
Operation and Maintenance
The dryer features a stainless steel filter drawer, a 574 mm door diameter, reversible door opening direction and 180º opening hinges. The control panel provides easy access, while the technical menu includes statistics for technicians.
COOL DOWN provides cooling at the end of the drying cycle. The standard OPL dryer can also be converted to a self-service version according to the manufacturer’s configuration.
