IPSO DC4 Industrial Drying Cabinet
The IPSO DC4 is a drying cabinet designed for drying garments and textiles in a hanging position. Its upright cabinet design provides a compact installation footprint, while the pull-out hanging system makes it easier to load and unload garments.
Flexible Hanging System
The DC4 features a flexible hanging construction that allows the hanging bars to slide forward for easier access to garments. The bars can also be lowered to provide additional space inside the cabinet.
With a loading capacity of 6 kg and a hanging length of 16 m, the DC4 is designed for textile drying applications where garments need to remain hanging rather than being processed in a rotating drum.
Optimized Airflow for Short Drying Times
The IPSO DC4 is designed with improved airflow to support shorter drying times. The manufacturer states a drying time of up to 42 minutes in the product literature.
Three Temperature Settings
The DC4 provides three temperature settings: HIGH, LOW and ECO+, allowing operators to select the appropriate drying level for different textile requirements.
Humidity Tracking System
The cabinet features a humidity tracking system that measures the humidity level every second to determine when the textiles are dry. This function is highlighted by IPSO as one of the key features of the DC4.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
The evacuating channel is connected to the ventilation system so that humid air can be transported out of the room. Electrical components are positioned on top of the cabinet to make maintenance easier.
The DC4 also includes overheat protection for additional operating safety.
