IPSO IHP260 Industrial Heat Pump Tumble Dryer
The IPSO IHP260 is an industrial heat pump tumble dryer designed for professional laundry operations that require controlled drying and improved energy efficiency. It features a 250-liter drum with a drying capacity of 14 kg at 1:18 or 11 kg at 1:22.
Heat Pump Technology for Lower Energy Consumption
The IHP260 uses a 5.5 kW heat pump system. According to the IPSO specification sheet, the advanced heat pump technology reduces average energy consumption by 56% and requires less than 7 kW of installed power.
Moisture Sensing and Overdrying Prevention
The IHP260 features a reversing drum as standard. IPSO also offers residual moisture control based on electro-conductivity measurement of the linen, helping improve measurement accuracy and prevent overdrying. Residual moisture control is an optional feature.
Three-Stage Lint Filtration
The IHP260 is equipped with a three-stage lint filtering system, including a HEPA filter. The machine uses a large-diameter galvanized drum and a large door opening to facilitate loading and unloading.
Flexible Control Options
Three control levels are available for the IHP260:
- Aries Micro: microprocessor control for VEND and OPL with 4 temperature levels.
- Aries Micro OPL: advanced microprocessor control for OPL with 9 editable programs.
- Evolis Elite: 5-inch multilingual touchscreen with 99 OPL programs and 11 VEND programs.
Wi-Fi is standard with Evolis Elite. Cloud connectivity is available for 24/7 machine monitoring, while the USB port supports firmware updates, configuration and program uploads.
R513A Refrigerant
The heat pump system uses R513A refrigerant, which IPSO identifies as offering 55% lower Global Warming Potential compared with the reference refrigerant stated in the specification sheet.
