IPSO DR32 Industrial Tumble Dryer
The IPSO DR32 is an industrial tumble dryer with a 300-liter drum volume and a capacity of up to 17 kg at a 1:18 loading ratio or 14 kg at a 1:22 loading ratio. The model is designed for professional laundry operations and is available with gas or electrical heating configurations.
Drum Design and Practical Operation
The IPSO DR32 features a standard galvanized drum with a 673 mm diameter. Combined with a large door opening, the design supports convenient loading and unloading of linen.
The machine is equipped with a self-cleaning lint screen to support day-to-day operation and reduce the need for frequent manual lint filter cleaning.
Flexible Gas or Electrical Heating
The IPSO DR32 can be configured with gas or electrical heating. The gas-heated version uses an NPT 1/2" gas connection and provides 16.1–21.4 kW of heating energy. The electrical heating configuration provides 12–21 kW.
The DR32 does not have a steam connection according to the manufacturer's technical documentation.
Control and Programmability
The IPSO DR32 offers several control options to meet different operating requirements. Depending on the configuration, the machine can be equipped with Evolis or Evolis Elite with a 7-inch touchscreen for fully programmable and customizable drying cycles.
The Evolis / Evolis Elite control provides built-in operating instructions and supports control content in 34 languages. The machine can also be equipped with the Easy-To-Use Microprocessor with Dual Digital Control or OPL Micro. A coin-operated version is also available with the Easy-To-Use Microprocessor.
AutoDry Capability for OPL
The IPSO DR32 features AutoDry capability for OPL, as specified in the manufacturer's product documentation, supporting controlled drying operation.

Please note that the standard DR32 configuration uses a galvanized drum. The stainless steel drum and reversing drum are available as options according to the product documentation.
Designed for Professional Laundry Operations
The IPSO DR32 provides an airflow of 240 l/sec, with a 0.40 kW fan and a 0.40 kW drive. The machine uses a 150 mm exhaust connection and has a published noise level of 63–64 dBA.
The product documentation also highlights low energy consumption, lower energy and utility costs, lower linen replacement costs, and a cloud-based platform for monitoring laundry operations.
