IPSO IHP360 Industrial Heat Pump Tumble Dryer
The IPSO IHP360 is an industrial heat pump tumble dryer designed for professional laundry operations handling larger volumes of textiles. It features a 360-liter drum with a drying capacity of 20 kg at 1:18 or 16.5 kg at 1:22.
Heat Pump Technology for Improved Energy Efficiency
The IHP360 uses a 5.5 kW heat pump system. According to the IPSO specification sheet, the advanced heat pump technology reduces average energy consumption by 56% and requires less than 7 kW of installed power.
This configuration is suitable for professional laundry operations with frequent dryer use and higher textile-processing volumes, while helping control energy consumption during drying.
360-Liter Drying Capacity
With a 360-liter drum and a 760 mm drum diameter, the IHP360 provides a drying capacity of 20 kg at 1:18 or 16.5 kg at 1:22. The manufacturer specifies an average drying performance of 173 g/min.
Standard Reversing Drum and Moisture Control
The IPSO IHP360 features a reversing drum as standard, supporting the drying process throughout the cycle.
Residual moisture control is available as an option and uses electro-conductivity measurement of the linen. The moisture sensing technology is designed to improve drying accuracy and help prevent overdrying.
Three-Stage Lint Filtering
The IHP360 is equipped with a three-stage lint filtering system, including a HEPA filter. The machine uses a large-diameter galvanized drum and a large door opening to facilitate loading and unloading.
Three Control Options
Three control levels are available for the IHP360:
- Aries Micro: microprocessor control for VEND and OPL with 4 temperature levels.
- Aries Micro OPL: advanced microprocessor control for OPL with 9 editable programs.
- Evolis Elite: 5-inch multilingual touchscreen with 99 OPL programs and 11 VEND programs.
Wi-Fi is standard with Evolis Elite. The machine can connect to a cloud platform for 24/7 monitoring and includes a USB port for firmware updates, configuration and program uploads.
R513A Heat Pump Refrigerant
The IHP360 heat pump system uses R513A refrigerant. According to the IPSO specification sheet, this refrigerant has 55% lower Global Warming Potential, supporting a lower-impact heat pump solution.
