IPSO IA105 Medium-Speed Hardmount Washer-Extractor
The IPSO IA105 is a Hardmount washer-extractor from the IPSO industrial laundry range, designed to be securely anchored to a concrete floor for stable operation. It provides an 11 kg capacity at a 1:10 loading ratio and 12 kg at 1:9, with a 105 L drum volume.
Hardmount construction for stable operation
The IA105 features a Hardmount construction with the machine frame securely fixed to the floor. This design is suitable for laundry facilities with permanent installation areas requiring stable equipment operation during regular use.
The stainless steel drum and tub are combined with a variable-speed motor to provide controlled starting and stopping. The large door opening also facilitates convenient loading and unloading.
200 G-Factor for professional textile processing
The IPSO IA105 reaches an extraction speed of 760 rpm and a G-Factor of 200 G. This supports effective moisture removal after washing while maintaining the controlled extraction characteristics of the Hardmount range.
For more sensitive textiles such as wool, lace and silk, the 200 G-Factor can be an important consideration when selecting equipment according to textile characteristics and the required washing process.
Smart Drum and water management
IPSO's Smart Drum is designed to support washing performance and mechanical action on textiles. The large drain valve supports efficient water removal and helps maintain effective cycle operation.
The IA105 uses a 3/4-inch water connection with a 20 L/min inlet flow and a Ø76 mm drain valve with a 210 L/min drain flow. The machine can be configured with electric or steam heating according to the selected setup.
Designed for operation and maintenance
The IA105 is designed with accessible key components to support inspection and maintenance. Its multi-compartment soap hopper allows detergents to be distributed according to the different stages of the wash program.
The machine also supports liquid detergent connections and a USB port as part of the IA range configuration, allowing integration into professional laundry workflows.
