IPSO IA180 Medium-Speed Hardmount Washer-Extractor
The IPSO IA180 is a Hardmount industrial washer-extractor designed to be securely anchored to a concrete floor for stable operation. With a 180 L drum volume and a capacity of approximately 18–20 kg per load depending on the loading ratio, the IA180 is suited to professional laundry operations that require robust construction, reliable performance and controlled investment costs.
Stable Hardmount construction for demanding laundry operations
The Hardmount design securely fixes the IPSO IA180 to the floor, helping minimize machine movement when processing uneven loads. This makes the machine well suited to professional laundry environments with frequent operation and demanding daily workloads.
The machine features a durable stainless steel drum and tub, together with a large drain valve to support efficient water discharge. Its Smart Drum design uses a specially developed drum texture to support effective washing performance.

With a 180 L drum, the IA180 provides an 18 kg capacity at a 1:10 loading ratio or 20 kg at a 1:9 ratio. This capacity range is suitable for operations looking to increase processing volume while maintaining the stability and robustness of a Hardmount washer-extractor.
Extraction configuration for different laundry requirements
The IA180 operates at 42 rpm during washing and offers a standard extraction configuration of 490 rpm at 100G. A 175G configuration is available, increasing extraction speed to 645 rpm when higher moisture removal is required.
This configuration gives laundry operators flexibility when balancing textile requirements, moisture extraction and the downstream drying process. Selecting the appropriate extraction configuration can also help manage mechanical impact when processing more sensitive textiles.
Designed for practical loading and maintenance
The IA180 features a large door opening to make loading and unloading more convenient. Key service areas are accessible from the front, supporting routine inspection and maintenance.
Depending on project requirements, the machine can be configured with liquid soap connections, liquid soap pumps, USB connectivity, water recovery, a third water inlet and steam heating.
