Fagor LA-100C TP2 High Spin Industrial Washing Machine is a very high-capacity industrial washer from Fagor Professional, designed for large-scale professional laundries and textile processing facilities handling high volumes of linen and garments. With a load capacity of 105 kg at a 1:9 loading ratio or 95 kg at 1:10, the machine is designed for industrial laundry operations requiring large batch processing capacity.
950 L drum for high-volume laundry processing
The LA-100C TP2 features a 950 L drum with a diameter of 1,360 mm and a depth of 637 mm. It operates at 34 rpm during washing and up to 678 rpm during extraction, achieving a G-Factor of 350. This configuration is designed for high-capacity industrial laundry applications where large textile volumes need to be processed in each cycle.
Designed for large-scale industrial laundries
The LA-100C TP2 uses a soft-mounted, free-standing design with a suspended drum. According to Fagor's configuration, the machine does not require direct floor fixation, supporting flexible installation within a professional laundry facility. The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel for durability in environments exposed to water and laundry chemicals.
The machine features a large 700 mm door, with a door centre height of 1,330 mm and a door base height of 900 mm, making it suitable for loading and unloading large textile batches.
TP2 control and operational management
The LA-100C TP2 is equipped with the TP2 control system featuring a 7-inch touchscreen, support for 37 languages and 8 standard dosing signals. USB connectivity and the associated software platform support programming, traceability, data management and operational analysis.
Water and resource efficiency
The machine incorporates Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions to help optimize resource usage during operation. The LA-100C TP2 is prepared for KRS water recovery tanks and provides three water inlets, making it suitable for professional laundry systems where water consumption management is important.
FagorKonnect connectivity
FagorKonnect IoT connectivity is included as standard, supporting remote technical service and OPL (On-Premises Laundry) management. This connectivity provides professional laundry operators with additional tools for equipment monitoring and operational management.
Hot-water and steam configuration
The current Fagor technical specification lists the LA-100C TP2 in the hot-water/steam configuration, with a 15 kW motor and 15 kW total electrical power. The machine uses a 1-1/4-inch steam inlet with maximum steam consumption of 26.5 kg/h and a 1-1/2-inch water inlet.
Required water pressure is 2–4 kg/cm². Water consumption is specified at 650 L/h for the ECO programme and 800 L/h for the 60°C programme. The machine uses a 4-inch drain with a drainage capacity of 500 L/min.
Industrial configuration options
Depending on project requirements, the LA-100C TP2 can be configured with dosing pump systems, double drain, automatic weighing, frontal or double tilting, additional dosing signals, AISI 304 stainless-steel outer casing, double heating and maritime voltage configurations.
