Fagor LA-14 TP2 High Spin Washer-Extractor
The Fagor LA-14 TP2 is a high spin industrial washer-extractor from Fagor Professional's LA TP2 range, designed for professional laundries requiring a reliable solution for processing approximately 14 kg of textiles per load. The machine combines TP2 touch control, high-speed extraction and a suspended drum design for professional laundry operations.
High-Speed Washing and Extraction
The LA-14 TP2 provides a load capacity of 14 kg at a 1:9 ratio or 13 kg at a 1:10 ratio, with a 130-litre drum. The machine operates at 50 rpm during washing and reaches a maximum extraction speed of 1,204 rpm.
With a G Factor of 500, the LA-14 TP2 is designed for efficient water extraction during the spin cycle. Reducing residual moisture in textiles helps support the following drying and textile-finishing processes.
TP2 Touch Control and IoT Connectivity
The Fagor LA-14 TP2 features Touch Plus Control TP2 with a user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen and flexible programming capabilities. The control system supports 37 languages and includes USB connectivity.
Through its online platform and IoT technology, the system supports programming, telemetry and data analysis. FagorKonnect connectivity is provided as standard, supporting operational data management and remote technical service.
Optimized Water Consumption
The LA-14 TP2 incorporates functions designed to optimize resource consumption, including Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading. The machine is also prepared for KRS water recovery tanks, allowing professional laundries to integrate water recovery into their overall laundry process.
According to Fagor Professional's current technical documentation, water consumption is 91 L/h on the ECO programme and 112 L/h on the 60°C programme.
Professional Industrial Laundry Design
The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The LA-14 TP2 uses a suspended drum design for high-spin operation and electronic imbalance control with frequency control to support stable machine operation during high-speed extraction.
The LOADING AID system controls water and drum rotation during loading. The machine also features a four-compartment detergent dispenser and 8 standard dosing signals for integration with automatic chemical dosing systems.
Flexible Configuration
The LA-14 TP2 can be configured according to the requirements of each professional laundry installation. Fagor offers electric, hot-water and steam heating configurations, as well as OPL and COIN configurations.
Available options include the DQ-2 dosing pump kit, DB-1 additional dosing pump, double drain, normally closed valve, FULL FLOW bath-water recirculation, levelling feet, Auto Weight automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, silicone gasket, reversible door opening, tropicalized protected board and steam kit.
The machine can also be equipped with an AISI 304 stainless-steel outer casing or front panel, different plinth configurations, coin/token kits and an automatic door-unlock kit according to the selected configuration.
