High-speed extraction with G-Factor 450
The Fagor LA-45C TP2 reaches a G-Factor of 450 and a maximum spinning speed of 966 rpm. High-speed extraction helps reduce residual moisture in textiles after washing, supporting shorter drying cycles and improved efficiency throughout the laundry process.
The machine features a 450-litre drum with an 860 mm diameter and 720 mm depth. Its large 560 mm door provides convenient access when loading and unloading high-volume textile batches.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The LA-45C TP2 is equipped with Touch Plus Control TP2 with a 7-inch touchscreen. The control system supports flexible programming, USB connectivity and an online platform for programme management, telemetry and data analysis through IoT connectivity.
TP2 supports 37 languages and includes 8 standard dosing signals, allowing integration with automatic chemical dosing systems used in professional laundry facilities.
Efficient laundry operation
Fagor LA-45C TP2 incorporates Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions to support efficient water use and optimized loading. The machine is also prepared for KRS water recovery systems.
The LA-45C TP2 can be configured for professional OPL operation and supports electric or hot-water heating. Wet Cleaning functions are also available through the TP2 programming system, providing additional flexibility for textile-care applications.
Drum and machine construction
The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The suspended-drum design is combined with electronic imbalance control and frequency control to support stable operation during washing and extraction.
The LOADING AID system supports water and drum-rotation control during loading. The washer also features a four-compartment detergent dispenser and can be configured with options including automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, FULL FLOW water recirculation, silicone gasket and reversible door opening.
An AISI 304 stainless steel front panel is also available as an option, providing an additional configuration for projects where durability, hygiene and ease of cleaning are important considerations.
Tilt System and configuration options
One notable configuration option of the LA-45C TP2 is the Tilt System. Unlike the smaller LA-35C TP2, the LA-45C TP2 can be supplied with a tilting system according to project requirements, supporting different loading and unloading workflows.
Other available options include automatic weighing, double drainage, FULL FLOW water recirculation, additional dosing signals, reversible door opening, steam kits and other configurations according to the requirements of the laundry installation.
Heating and connections
The LA-45C TP2 can be configured with electric, hot-water or steam heating. The electric version provides 21 kW of heating power and a total electric power rating of 22 kW. The hot-water and steam configuration has a total electric power rating of 6 kW.
The steam configuration uses a 3/4-inch steam inlet with maximum steam consumption of 18 kg/h. The water inlet is 3/4 inch, with a required water pressure of 2–4 kg/cm².
Water consumption is specified at 293 litres/hour in ECO mode and 360 litres/hour at 60°C. The machine uses a 3-inch drain with a drainage capacity of up to 200 litres/minute.
IoT connectivity and laundry management
FagorKonnect provides IoT connectivity for data management and remote technical service. This connectivity supports professional laundry operations that require greater visibility of equipment performance and operating data.
The LA-45C TP2 can also be integrated with automatic chemical dosing systems and configured according to the operational requirements of each laundry project.
