Fagor LA-80C TP2 High Spin Industrial Washing Machine is a high-capacity industrial washer from Fagor Professional, designed for professional laundries and textile processing facilities handling large volumes of linen and garments. High-capacity washing and extraction
The LA-80C TP2 features a 770 L drum with a diameter of 1,048 mm and a depth of 892 mm. The machine operates at 38 rpm during washing and up to 875 rpm during extraction, achieving a G-Factor of 450. Its high extraction performance helps remove a significant amount of residual water from textiles after washing, supporting more efficient downstream drying processes.
Designed for continuous industrial operation
The LA-80C TP2 uses a soft-mounted, free-standing design with a suspended drum, allowing installation without direct floor fixation according to Fagor's design. The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel for durability in environments exposed to water and laundry chemicals. The machine features skinplate panels and a 560 mm door diameter for easier loading and unloading of large textile loads.
TP2 control and laundry management
The machine is equipped with the TP2 control system featuring a 7-inch touchscreen, support for 37 languages and 8 standard dosing signals. USB connectivity and the associated software platform support programming, traceability, data management and operational analysis.
Water and resource efficiency
Fagor LA-80C TP2 incorporates Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions to help optimize resource usage during operation. The machine provides three water inlets and supports electric and hot-water configurations, while Wet Cleaning features are included as standard.
FagorKonnect connectivity
FagorKonnect IoT connectivity is included as standard, providing support for remote technical service and laundry management. The LA-80C TP2 is designed for OPL (On-Premises Laundry) environments where equipment monitoring and centralized operational management are important.
Flexible heating configurations
The LA-80C TP2 can be configured with electric heating or hot water/steam heating. The electric version provides 48/36 kW of heating power and 51/39 kW of total electrical power. The hot-water/steam configuration has a total electrical power of 15 kW. The steam inlet is 3/4 inch, with maximum steam consumption of 25 kg/h.
The machine uses a 1-inch water inlet with a required water pressure of 2–4 kg/cm². Water consumption is specified at 520 L/h for the ECO programme and 640 L/h for the 60°C programme. Drainage is through a 3-inch outlet with a drainage capacity of 200 L/min.
Industrial configuration options
Depending on project requirements, the LA-80C TP2 can be equipped with dosing pump kits, double drain, tropicalized electronics, frontal or double tilting systems, automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, AISI 304 stainless-steel outer casing, double heating and maritime voltage configurations.
