Fagor LA-35C TP2 High Spin Industrial Washing Machine is a high-capacity professional washer designed for industrial laundry operations that require reliable processing of large textile volumes. High-speed extraction with G-Factor 450
The Fagor LA-35C TP2 reaches a G-Factor of 450 and a maximum spinning speed of 966 rpm. High-speed extraction helps reduce the amount of residual moisture remaining in textiles after washing, supporting shorter drying cycles and improved efficiency across the laundry process.
The machine features a 350-litre drum with an 860 mm diameter and 602 mm depth. The large 560 mm door provides easier loading and unloading of high-volume textile batches.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The LA-35C TP2 is equipped with Touch Plus Control TP2 with a 7-inch touchscreen. The programmable control system supports USB connectivity and an online platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT connectivity.
TP2 supports 37 languages and includes 8 standard dosing signals, allowing the washer to be integrated with automatic chemical dosing systems used in professional laundry facilities.
Efficient laundry operation
Fagor LA-35C TP2 incorporates Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions to support efficient laundry operation. The machine is also prepared for KRS water recovery systems, helping professional laundries implement water-management strategies.
The machine supports both OPL and COIN configurations and can be supplied with electric or hot-water heating. Wet Cleaning functions are also available through the TP2 programming system, providing additional flexibility for textile-care applications.
Drum and machine construction
The drum and tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The suspended-drum design is combined with electronic imbalance control and frequency control to support stable operation during washing and extraction.
The LOADING AID system provides water and drum-rotation control during loading. The washer also features a four-compartment detergent dispenser and can be configured with options including automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, FULL FLOW water recirculation, silicone gasket and reversible door opening.
Fagor also offers an AISI 304 stainless steel front panel option specifically for the LA-35C, providing an additional configuration for projects where durability and hygiene are important considerations.
Heating and connections
The LA-35C TP2 can be configured for electric, hot-water or steam heating. The electric version provides 21 kW of heating power and a total electric power rating of 22 kW. The hot-water and steam configuration has a total electric power rating of 6 kW.
The steam configuration uses a 3/4-inch steam inlet with maximum steam consumption of 18 kg/h. The water inlet is 3/4 inch, with a required water pressure of 2–4 kg/cm².
Water consumption is specified at 228 litres/hour in ECO mode and 280 litres/hour at 60°C. The machine uses a 3-inch drain with a drainage capacity of up to 200 litres/minute.
IoT connectivity and laundry management
FagorKonnect IoT connectivity is included as standard, supporting data management and remote technical service. The machine also supports OPL and COIN laundry management, providing flexibility for different professional laundry operating models.
Available options include chemical dosing systems, additional dosing pumps, double drainage, normally closed valve, FULL FLOW water recirculation, automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, reversible door opening, steam kits and coin/token kits.
