Fagor LA-22 TP2 High Spin Industrial Washing Machine is a medium-capacity industrial washer designed for professional laundry operations requiring high-volume textile processing and high-speed extraction. High-speed extraction with G-Factor 450
The LA-22 TP2 reaches a G-Factor of 450 and a maximum spinning speed of 1,071 rpm. High-speed extraction helps reduce residual moisture in textiles after washing, supporting shorter drying times and more efficient overall laundry processing.
The machine features a 220-litre drum with a 700 mm diameter and 560 mm depth. Its 460 mm door diameter provides practical access for loading and unloading larger laundry loads.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The LA-22 TP2 is equipped with Fagor's 7-inch Touch Plus Control TP2. The control system is fully programmable and includes USB connectivity and an online platform for programming, telemetry and data analysis through IoT technology.
TP2 supports 37 languages and includes 8 standard dosing signals, allowing integration with automatic chemical dosing systems used in professional laundry facilities.
Efficiency-focused operation
Fagor LA-22 TP2 incorporates functions designed to support efficient laundry operation, including Intelligent Consumption, Optimal Loading and preparation for KRS water recovery systems.
The machine can be configured for OPL or COIN applications and supports electric or hot-water heating configurations. Wet Cleaning functions are also available for applications requiring specialized textile-care programmes.
Drum and machine construction
The LA-22 TP2 features an AISI 304 stainless steel drum and tub, together with electronic imbalance control and frequency control. Its suspended-drum construction is designed to support stable operation during washing and high-speed extraction.
The machine also incorporates the LOADING AID system for water and drum rotation control. A four-compartment detergent dispenser is provided, while optional configurations include automatic weighing, additional dosing signals, silicone gasket, reversible door opening and FULL FLOW water recirculation.
Heating and connections
The LA-22 TP2 can be configured with electric or hot-water heating. The electric version provides 12 kW of electric heating power and a total electric power rating of 12.75 kW. The hot-water and steam configuration has a total electric power rating of 2.2 kW.
For steam operation, the machine uses a 1/2-inch steam inlet with maximum steam consumption of 12 kg/h. The water inlet is 3/4 inch, with a required water pressure of 2–4 kg/cm². Water consumption is specified at 143 litres/hour in ECO mode and 176 litres/hour at 60°C.
The machine uses a 3-inch drain with a drainage capacity of up to 200 litres/minute, supporting the requirements of professional industrial laundry systems.
Connectivity and laundry management
The LA-22 TP2 includes FagorKonnect IoT connectivity as standard, supporting data management and remote technical service functions. The system also supports OPL and COIN laundry management, providing greater flexibility for different professional laundry operating models.
Additional options can include chemical dosing systems, automatic weighing, double drainage, water recirculation and other configurations according to project requirements.
