Fagor LBS-100 TP2 Pullman Sanitary Barrier Washer
Fagor LBS-100 TP2 is a Pullman sanitary barrier washer designed for industrial laundry operations requiring controlled linen processing between dirty and clean areas. The machine provides a capacity of up to 100 kg at a 1:9 loading ratio and features two opposed doors for pass-through operation.
The LBS-100 TP2 is equipped with a standard Pullman drum partition, supporting controlled linen handling in facilities with demanding hygiene requirements.
Two-door design and Pullman drum
The machine features two opposed doors, allowing loading and unloading to be organized between separate operating areas. The standard Pullman drum partition, combined with large loading and unloading doors, supports efficient handling of large laundry loads.
The 960 mm door-bottom height provides a practical working position for loading and unloading. Automatic drum positioning with brake helps position the drum correctly during operation.
TP2 control system
The Fagor LBS-100 TP2 is equipped with the TP2 7-inch touchscreen control system, fully programmable and featuring dual display. The system supports 37 languages for flexible operation in different working environments.
Eight dosing pump signals are provided as standard. USB connectivity allows the use of free PC software for programming, telemetry and data analysis. Instructional videos can also be displayed on the control screen.
The technical menu provides statistics, alarms, self-test functions and data recovery features to support technicians and maintenance activities.
Extraction performance and consumption optimization
The LBS-100 TP2 reaches a G Factor of 325 with a maximum extraction speed of 750 rpm. High extraction performance helps reduce residual moisture in textiles, supporting shorter drying times in the following stage.
The Intelligent Consumption system supports optimized consumption adjustment during operation. The Optimal Loading function allows water and product levels to be adjusted according to the laundry load. The machine also provides three configurable levels of water savings.
Heating and chemical dosing
The LBS-100 TP2 supports electric or steam heating. A dual electric-steam heating configuration is also available as an option for operations requiring greater energy-source flexibility.
The machine features three water inlets and standard double drainage. In addition to the eight standard dosing pump signals, six additional signals can be added as an option.
A four-compartment product tray and bath sampling system are also available as options.
Construction for industrial laundry environments
The standard outer casing is made of grey skinplate. The drum and vat are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for demanding industrial laundry environments.
Electronic imbalance control is provided through a frequency inverter. Electrical components are positioned on the left, mechanical components on the right and connections on the top, with the connections protected against water and detergent splashes.
Compressed air requirement
An important installation requirement for the LBS-100 TP2 is its compressed-air connection. According to Fagor's technical documentation, the machine requires a 50-liter compressor with an air pressure of 7 bar.
During system planning, the installation should therefore take into account the machine location together with electrical or steam supply, water supply, drainage and the required compressed-air system.
Wet Cleaning and FagorKonnect connectivity
The LBS-100 TP2 supports Wet Cleaning and includes standard telemetry. IoT connectivity through FagorKonnect supports equipment management, remote maintenance and laundry management.
Operating data can be used for monitoring and analysis, supporting more effective management of industrial laundry processes.
