Fagor LBS-27 TP2 Sanitary Barrier Washer
The Fagor LBS-27 TP2 is a 2-door sanitary barrier washer from the LBS range, designed to be installed between dirty and clean laundry areas. Its pass-through configuration helps maintain separation between the two areas during loading and unloading, supporting hygiene control and reducing the risk of cross-contamination in professional laundry processes.
With a capacity of 27 kg at a 1:10 loading ratio, a 266 L drum and a G-Force of 375, the LBS-27 TP2 is suitable for facilities handling larger laundry volumes and requiring controlled hygiene processes.
2-Door Sanitary Barrier Design
The LBS-27 TP2 features two opposing doors, allowing laundry to be loaded from the dirty side and unloaded from the clean side after the washing cycle. This configuration supports a controlled one-way laundry flow between separate areas and is suitable for professional laundry facilities requiring clear separation between soiled and clean textiles.
The machine has an 800 mm door-bottom loading height, combined with a large door opening and push-button drum opening mechanism to facilitate loading and unloading during operation.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The LBS-27 TP2 uses the TP2 control system with a 7-inch touch screen, designed for intuitive programming and operation. The LBS range is equipped with two 7-inch screens: a touch screen for programming on the dirty-linen loading side and an information screen on the clean-linen unloading side.
The system supports USB connectivity and online software for programming, telemetry and data analysis. TP2 also supports 37 languages, video instructions and 8 standard dosing signals.
G-Force 375 and Extraction Performance
The LBS-27 TP2 reaches a G-Force of 375 with a maximum spin speed of 920 rpm. High extraction performance removes more water from the laundry after washing, reducing residual moisture and supporting shorter drying times.
For laundries handling significant laundry volumes, efficient extraction is an important factor in optimising the complete washing and drying process.
Water and Energy Consumption Management
The LBS-27 TP2 includes functions designed to optimise resource consumption during operation, including Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Load. The system helps manage resource usage according to the laundry load and selected washing programme.
The machine is designed to connect to KRS water recovery systems, providing an option for improving water efficiency in professional laundry operations.
Chemical Dosing System
The LBS-27 TP2 provides 8 standard chemical dosing signals and is ready to connect to external dosing pumps. When additional dosing capacity is required, an optional relay board can add 6 signals, bringing the total to up to 14 dosing signals.
A 4-compartment detergent box is also available as an option for washing processes requiring multiple chemical products at different stages.
Wet Cleaning Ready
The LBS-27 TP2 is prepared for Wet Cleaning programmes, providing additional flexibility for textiles requiring specialised wet-cleaning processes. This is useful for facilities handling different textile categories with specific treatment requirements.
Flexible Heating Configurations
The LBS-27 TP2 can be configured with electric heating, steam heating or Dual Heating combining electric and steam. The appropriate configuration can be selected according to the available utilities and operational requirements of the laundry facility.
A low-pressure steam configuration at 0.5 bar is also available as an option for facilities with specific steam infrastructure requirements.
Construction and Materials
The LBS-27 TP2 drum and outer tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The standard outer casing uses grey skinplate, providing a practical surface for professional laundry environments and easy cleaning.
The machine incorporates a frequency inverter for imbalance control. Three water inlets and a central drain are included in the standard configuration.
Automatic Drum Positioning
The automatic drum positioning system with motor brake brings the drum into a suitable position for loading and unloading. This helps reduce manual handling and improves operator convenience during daily operation.
A Pullman drum is also available as an option, providing additional flexibility for load distribution and specific laundry processing requirements.
Connectivity and Data Management
Telemetry is standard on the LBS-27 TP2, supporting the monitoring and analysis of operating data. IoT connectivity through FagorKonnect provides additional capabilities for laundry data management and remote technical service.
The TP2 system also includes a technical menu with statistics, alarms, autotest and data recovery functions, supporting maintenance and technical diagnostics.
Service-Friendly Design
Electrical components are positioned on the left side, mechanical components on the right and connections at the top, with the connections protected from water and detergents. This arrangement facilitates access for inspection and maintenance.
A central drain is included as standard, while double drainage and side drain configurations are available as options depending on installation requirements.
